Ansons believes strongly in supporting the local community and many of its partners and members of staff do so in a variety of ways.

This year the firm’s designated charity is St Giles Hospice who offer high-quality specialist medical and nursing care for people with cancer and other serious illnesses as well as providing support for their families and helpers.

The firm organises a range of fundraising activities throughout the year, from charity walks and dragon boat racing to general knowledge quizzes. 

Ansons also sponsors the Lichfield 10k running race and fun run which raises money for a number of good causes in and around Staffordshire including Queens Croft School, Lichfield & Hatherton Canal Restoration Trust, Lichfield Running Club, King Edward VI School, St John Ambulance, ATC, Staffordshire Police Benevolent Fund, Lichfield Lions and St Giles Hospice.

Members of the Ansons team are also involved with local organisations and community projects, including the Chamber of Commerce, Home Zone, Tamworth and Lichfield Colleges, Lichfield Retirement Village Committee, St Giles Hospice and Lichfield Festival. 

Ansons has won numerous “community involvement” awards which recognise the work and effort put in by the staff and partners.
